Develop and manage recovery support services at the 4D Recovery Community Center. Engage and inform the recovery community of external and internal recovery support opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recovery Support Services
- Recruit and develop Recovery Activities Committee (RAC).
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Recovery Activities Committee (RAC).
- Using (RAC), create, develop, and oversee 4D Recovery events for the recovery community center.
- Promote and market events/activities at the 4D Community Center via social media, flyers, word of mouth, etc.
- Maintains confidential and sensitive information.
- Documentation
- Complete documentation of all service activities listed in the RSSC Manual.
- Community Center Support
- Welcome and engage community center consumers.
- Acquire adequate supplies and equipment needed for program events and activities.
- Completes opening and closing duties.
- Manage community center meeting and event schedule and payment tracking system.
- Seek out and secure donations for recovery support services with direction from the Director of Development.
- Staff the community center as needed.
- Identifies and informs the CCD of maintenance or structural damages at the community center.
- This position may require handling and disposal of needles as part of clean-up duties, necessitating adherence to proper safety protocols to mitigate potential risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Attend agency meetings, supervision meetings, and evaluations.
- Completes other duties as assigned by CCD.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- This position typically requires a High School Diploma/GED.
- 1 year of continuous abstinence from all forms of drugs and alcohol, except those prescribed by a doctor (excluding marijuana based on federal laws).
- Must have reliable transportation or maintain a valid driver’s license for state of residency and have a driving record permitting coverage under the corporate liability policy. If driving a personal vehicle for work purposes, must also have and maintain personal auto liability coverage. All employees driving for work purposes, regardless of whether driving a personal or agency vehicle, must complete the agency’s driving approval process before they drive for work.
- Ability to obtain Certified Recovery Coach within three months of hire.
- Understanding of multiple pathways to recovery and recovery support services.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Lived experience related to the population being served.
- Able to establish and maintain professional boundaries while providing supportive services and building trusting relationships with clients, staff, and community partners.
- Functional ability with Google Suite programs.
- Must be dependable, flexible, and punctual and exhibit strong time management skills.
- Able to clearly articulate information to people of varying cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds. Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively both orally and in writing.
- Able to problem solve and develop creative approaches.
